Best smoked fish in town. Excellent food, very friendly service, coffee&cake included, salad bar, great view, what else do you need. We stopped by on a bicycle tour and had a great lunch in a beautiful setting. Well done!

When we arrived and asked for a table, we got informed that food might take a little longer as a big group just ordered. Nevertheless it arrived earlier than expected and within what we'd range as a usual waiting time. The smoked salmon was really good as well as the beetroot patties. Everything was seasoned very well and tasty. There were only two waiters for the whole restaurant in and outside and one of them seemed to be new, so it took a bit longer for some other guests to order. But with some practice this can easily be solved. The other one was super organised and kept the overview. Not to forget about the beautiful view over the calm lake. The shrimps bread sandwich is not okay at all. too little shrimps and the bread was so hard that my guests could not swallow. another day again bought some breadloaf and unfortunatley not eatable, so dry must be many days old. Pity I enjoy shopping for food there but now it will more more seldom...

Smoked fish was tasty. The butterfish was especially delish! Was not a fan of the eel though, too fatty. There is also a nice pier and docking area to have a nice walk after munching.

Wonderfully good fish products. Excellent selections and moderate prices. Much care and consideration given to the parking area along with seriously managed clean toilets . Although we did not use the café, it looked cosy and warm with nice aromas. We will be regular customers here… well done !! Service Take out

This place smokes fish and is one of the better places in this area. The fish are absolutely delicious. One can sit and have coffee or buy some fish and sit outside to eat. It is located just near the harbour of Timmernabban where you can sit and enjoy the view of the bay and catch some sun on a nice day.

Don’t understand the positive reviews left previously. The food is decent (3 stars) but the place lacks ambiance (2) and experienced staff (2). Waiting time from ordering to being served was 1h 15min for us (1 star). That averages out on a generous 2 stars.

Very delicius food. Restaurant in front of the sea with nice terrace and Indoor area. Very nice young Team.
