Went to try this with place out with my niece from La. It was around 1 pm on a Thursday. The sign at the front door said please wait to be seated. After 10 minutes of not being greeted I asked the guy behind the bar if he could get someone. He went get the female. She walked behind the bar grab menus then walked to a table without even acknowledging us. So we went and followed her. She put the menus on the table without asking us if we would like anything to drink or introduce herself so we walked out. That as my first and last dining there.
Food portions are good for the price. Food is consistent and very good. Staff is very nice. A little disorganized but a great place to relax for a drink or a quick bite or on a date. I think there's been a few times we waited up to 20 min to be seasted when the place was more than half empty and others complaing on the to go wait time. Not sure if they are short staff on some days but we just leave and comeback another day. We love that every dish has its own flavor, you can ask for level of spiciness, nice atmosphere and nice bar . We love the to share the following dishes
To
Tom Kha Soup = We share the large 3 to 4 people
Chicken, coconut milk, galangal, mushrooms, kaffir lime leaves, and lime juice
Green Curry = we share the large
Protein cooked in coconut milk, green curry paste, green bean, Thai eggplant, bell pepper, and basi
Pad Thai

My experience at this restaurant was bad, the food prices are high, the quality of service was so-so. The worst of all is that the bathrooms were completely dirty, as well as the floors. I don't understand how they can have a business and there isn't a city inspector to supervise them. The quality has dropped a lot.

Y’all need to do better!!! because the staff and management is going downhill. Pay your workers because they are miserable and stressed from the high volume of customers that are being lied to about pick up time which is probably not their fault so that’s why I blame management! Intern I’m disappointed about my pickup experience.

It's a really nice neighborhood restaurant. It's okay for date night. The food is great. The service is good too. They have a newer staff, but I'm sure they will be great! All in all, this is a place to enjoy a great meal in the neighborhood 😋 😀 😉.

I started eating at this location about two years ago. I can say that I pretty much always enjoy coming here, however over the last 8 months there has been a lot of inconsistence’s. The wait staff has changed a ton, depending on which chef is in the kitchen depends on how good your food will be, and sometimes you have to wait 15 min just to get a drink. I would recommend coming here but with the expectation that one of these things being off.

We have been coming to Nara for over a decade. Their food is very consistent and very tasty. They are very willing to adjust the level of spice in dishes to be able to satisfy my entire family, anyone from myself, who likes Thai spicy, to my father in law who thinks a bell pepper is spicy!
