"After placing our order, we waited for over an hour. During the wait, we had to order three rounds of drinks because our table remained empty, and we were famished. Despite the waitstaff attending to other tables and takeout orders, ours was overlooked for the duration. Eventually, we had to inquire about the delay, and the server acknowledged the lengthy wait, though I felt more speechless than understood. While the food was passable, the extensive wait detracted from the overall experience; waiting over an hour for a meal diminishes its perceived value. Regrettably, we won't be returning."
