Food was horrendous we only got 2 appetizers to start the pita chips for the pimento cheese appetizer were rubber they were so overcooked and the pimento cheese was absolutley drowning in oil more than 75% of the dish was oil, the pretzel bites were burnt to hell and hard as a rock , we would have stayed for main course to even try to stay and see if the main course was worth it but it has been 30 miniutes since we have seen our server he hasn't even come by and he's got 4 tables at most (that's all that is seated and he isn't behind the bar) this is a pathetic display of a resturant and bar will absolutley never be back. I came into the bar. the bartender, ethan said “this is a fake ID, I wouldn’t use that around here if I was you, I’ll let this one go” and I’m looking at him like what??? then a few minutes later some girl I presume a “manager” said it was “the feel” that made it not real. I went down the road and my ID was accepted, not questioned at all. I will never step foot back in here or recommend anyone coming in here, unless you look old and you’re sure they won’t turn you away. if you’re in your 20s (I’m 25), keep in mind they might possibly turn you away because your license “feels” fake or you don’t look hard enough or on drugs. must be the regular clientele who frequent the place. I’ve been to many bars, wine festivals, restaurants etc. and this has never happened. I was really pissed off. y’all don’t know what you’re doing. I was nicer then I should’ve been. good business practices don’t accuse potential customers of crimes. invest in a barcode scanner to verify license before saying someone is committing a crime. screw that.

Hands down a great restaurant. Lauren our waitress was amazing, great personality and quite attentive to her tables.. We started out with the Reuben Bites which were excellent. Main courses of course fish n chips as well as the Honey Salmon.. Both Excellent.. tried the bread pudding for dessert, not bad my only suggestion would be a scoop of ice cream on top.. FRIENDLY, FAST & FRESH!! Stopped in to this pub for a bite tonight after going to a neighboring one accidentally earlier this year and we weren't disappointed. The staff was friendly and seated us fast. Our server had drinks out to us almost immediately upon ordering. The food was on the table, hot and ready to eat in what felt like five minutes tops. Like the definition of fast food on the table but so much better. We both had the American burger, both were hot & fresh. The meat was a little too done for me, I like medium burgers but it was still juicy. The bun was fresh, vegetable condiments were fresh as well. The "steak fries" were tops in my opinion. Hot, crispy and tasty. Oh and the fried pickle appetizer was yummy. Pricing? Not cheap but not overly priced either. Maybe roughly average prices compared with other establishments. We came in for an early dinner and there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. Still, we waited several minutes before someone helped us. The service staff were gathered around the drink station chatting, which they continued to do most of the time we were there. Our waitress was the main one running around. The atmosphere was great. It looked like an Irish Pub, just like I’m used to from living in New York. I was hoping the food would be the same as what I used to get in the city. The fried mushrooms were the best I’ve ever had….anywhere. The Shepherd’s pie was good and the Guinness gravy on it was awesome. However, the Ruben let me down. My bread on top was very dark, but the bottom piece was completely charred black and burned. I couldn’t get ahold of the waitress so I pulled of about an inch around all the edges, that were absolutely inedible, and ate the sandwich like that. By the time she finally looked so I could flag her down; I had been without water the majority of time, my daughter had eaten her entire meal, and then she only filled my glass halfway with water before going to another table. When she came to ask if we were done, there was no check offered. She just had the handheld to pay with your card and said “your total is…”. I asked if I could see a check and was advised that after I pay I would get a detailed receipt with everything on it. I did quick calculations in my head and the amount seemed close to what I remembered our meals were so I went ahead and paid. Luckily, when I got the receipt it was correct. I had been worried though as the server had to physically stop, point at the tables one by one with her finger, and count out loud so she knew which table we were. It didn’t give a good feeling when just handing my card without seeing a check first! Overall, we loved the mushroom appetizer and my daughter enjoyed her entree okay. My Ruben was almost inedible though and the service was very bad. Not sure if we will be back. It just depends on how much my daughter liked the gravy on that shepherd pie. We went for the first time and quickly decided this is our local favorite. Their only miss step was that we never saw a check, and when given our total owed, we were offered a text or email receipt- which we never received. We have no idea how much the special cost, nor how much our beverages cost. None of us drank alcohol, and we were all very happy with our meal choices. Friends of ours brought us here. The waitress Brittney was helpful, fun, and entertaining. The food was delicious. Home made chips, fries, onion rings all nice. Our fish was great. The rib eye was very tasty. Highly recommended. If you are in the neighborhood definitely stop by. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
