Took my daughter in for lunch and we had an absolutely amazing experience. Our server, Haley K. Was incredibly kind and helpful and in my daughter's words "the best server ever." This is a great restaurant seemingly staffed with great people, as well. Been here before food, service, and atmosphere all around great. Last visit waited too long to be seated and get our drinks. Pb&j fries were good but the burgers and fish sandwich had no taste. With all the toppings and $20 expected way more. Our waitress was not friendly and didn’t get us refills until our food was finished. Won’t be back again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tonight was my first time there. It was wonderful. Especially the sweet potato fries! It looks different inside than I expected. Very minimalist decor. But it's still a very nice place. And the staff is on point! Friendly, nice, and helpful. Definitely will be returning. The 4 stars for the atmosphere are only because it is pretty loud in there for being a restaurant. The food was delicious but in my first experience here, the customer service just wasn’t it. The place wasn’t busy at all and yet our server was subpar at best. Maybe it was just a bad day we all have those moments, but considering we were one of the only tables in the building you’d think they would have brought us a refill on our drink when we requested it and that they would have came to check in on us at least once. On top of this, the server just popped in with our checks without asking if it was together or separate, and without asking if we wanted dessert or needed anything else. Unfortunately under the new management O&A has turned from a fantastic, unique burger joint to just another Applebees. We used to love going here but now it is dull and uninspiring. The service speed is noticeably faster, but at great cost to the quality of ingredients and deliciousness of the food. The food used to be so much better. I would rather waited 15 extra minutes for my meal any day to have a burger that was incredible compared to the boring patties they serve now. The menu changes are just so corporate. Gotta add chicken because that’s what everyone else does. I appreciate the additional parking spots, but why the massive jumbo screen TVs in the restaurant? It was great going somewhere and not getting lit up by another screen and just talking with people you are eating with.
