Brandi was our server and it was probably the best service I have had in some time there. This lady is a true professional. My Zuppa soup was lacking flavor I think due to the fact it had very little sausage in it. But with that being said Brandi Made it a great time. Not sure what is going on. I called ahead a couple of days in advance for a party of 9 for my wife’s birthday. I wanted a side room because a few people in my party are hard of hearing and it’s notoriously loud. Was told to call the day of (Sunday), again I promptly called at 11am was told they do not take reservations and to call at 3pm and reserving the room shouldn’t be a problem. Again, I promptly called at 3pm for an 4:30 dinner and was sent a link to check in. I did so, on arrival was told that I would have to wait for an hour to get the requested room. After that I bit down on an olive that still had a pit in it. After the meal had concluded we waited for 30min just to receive the check. In short the experience was not good, the food was sub-par and needless to say the atmosphere was loud and obnoxious. I will be avoiding this restaurant for a very long time. We had a thoroughly delicious and enjoyable lunch visit. Thankfully we showed up early because it got packed within the hour. I enjoyed the lunch order of ziti with 5 cheese Al forno and dessert of Italian donuts with amazing dipping sauces. Our server Heather was fun, friendly and efficient. This is honestly the best Olive Garden I've ever been to. We have only ever ordered take out before tonight and that was always a great experience also. We went and had dinner for my teenager's birthday that falls on Christmas. Everything was excellent. There was no wait, the restaurant is clean, our server was lovely, and the food was delicious. Every time my family eats here (which is fairly often) the service has been great and the food has been very good. You may have to wait 10-20 minutes for a table on the weekends, but that's not unreasonable seeing as it's right by the mall. The staff is friendly and mostly experienced, and usually very prompt. This Olive Garden always plays older, classier music (Frank Sinatra, for example) and has lots of varying photographs that add to the "classy" atmosphere. It's not a high-end restaurant, but it sure feels like one. Overall a great dining experience. We had a party of 9 people. They do not take reservations, but you can call up to 2 hours ahead to give them a heads up that a group is coming. When we arrived, it took maybe 10 min to get tables for us that were pushed together. Our waiter David was awesome. We like to joke around, and he fit right in. We recieved service in a timely manner, and the food tasted great. We took some of our food home because the portions were large, especially after eating appetizer, salad, and breadsticks. The Stuffed Ziti appetizer was very good, as was the Tour of Italy main course. The parking is free and the restaurant is easy to get to, though it is a busy shopping area and has traffic, but it is still not bad. I will definitely go there again. I needed to be moved while in restaurant, due to my medical ailments, the staff were kind and promptly found me new seating arrangements. The food is always delicious, a wonderful place. This is a very nice Olive Garden location. The restrooms are clean. All the employees were friendly and the food was hot and delicious. Our server Rachel was awesome. She was really sweet and attentive but not annoying. She kept the drinks, salad and breadsticks coming. There are a few handicapped parking spots right in front but like all Olive Gardens the front doors are not automatic. They were busy on a Thursday afternoon but the wait for a table was not long. I would definitely recommend this location.

Thank you Niko! I believe with restaurants that the waiter should be just as good as the food! Niko our waiter went above and beyond our expectations today! My husband and I came in with our four month old daughter and my grandma and had not only exceptional food but exceptional service. We asked for a warm water to make a bottle and he brought it to us in record speed. He also came to check on us and our food several times and made us feel important. Not to mention he had a sense of humor, was informative, and patient. This was definitely the best experience that we have ever had with olive garden. Thank you Niko for restoring our faith in olive garden and giving us the best experience we have ever had! Side note, food this time was to die for!
