Great place for any reason. Family dining or a big celebration. Very reasonable prices for what you get! Food is always consistent and plentiful! Service is very good and the parking lot is huge! Horrendous service. We didn’t get any bread sticks with our soup. My drink took 15 minutes to arrive. The server walked off with my card for 10 minutes. He was serving other people during this time. Refills took forever. Then, my sever didn’t charge both my gift cards! Charged my card! HORRIBLE!!! Will never dine in again. I understand that it was busy but the fact that other tables got bread sticks with their meals and not us. I was courteous and patience but it was just really bad service! Placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 6:20 didn't get it until 6:30. No biggie. It was the food i received that was the problem. I ordered a chicken parm and it came with a piece of lasagna and some strands linguine noodles making me feel like they just lumped a bunch of leftovers together on my dish. Disgusting! I sat at the bar tonight and I must say I’m beyond impressed with Omar! I watched this guy for almost 2 hours clean his bar like no other! We chatted and he expressed why it’s important to him to maintain a clean bar “because I don’t want people to ever feel like the bar they’re sitting at is dirty”…so this kid cleaned nonstop - scrubbing, disinfecting and going ABOVE AND BEYOND! Omar’s pride for his bar should be acknowledged ALWAYS! Olive Garden Burbank - kudos on your phenomenal team member, Omar! 5 stars!

Every was going well food and service wise until the entrees came out. They brought out the food for my table at the same time as the table next to us. They served them first and I was the last to receive my plate but it was the wrong order. They gave my chicken Alfredo with crispy chicken to the wrong table and someone started eating it. My waiter Miguel said the plate was touched and they would switch it. 3 minutes later they came back out with the same food on a different plate. I know it was the same food because I seen how it was plated when served to the other table. When the second plate was brought out it was brought out by the manager all the chicken was mostly under the pasta it looked as if they dumped the food on a new plate and stirred it up not to mention the temperature of the food was colder compared to my girlfriends food which was hot. Upon bringing it to the attention of my waiter he said my order was remade with a slight attitude and chuckled. I didn't eat any of the food and requested it to be taken off the bill which was a problem for the waiter at first. Funny thing was when he talked to the manager she took it off the bill without talking to me about it. Poor service from the waiter and the management team. I usually visit the location in Orland Park and never had an issue like this. I will not be back to this location. The other customer could have hepatitis or another disease that could have been transferred from saliva and they have no regard for the well-being of their customers or they just don't understand the risks of working in the food industry which is even worse because one day someone will get really sick. If they do things like this who knows looking what else they do when you can't see Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
