Update, on Orchard Cafe & Orchard Burger. We have been told to inform you all, that due to low funding, investment. We sadly have to announce that Orchard Cafe & Orchard Burger finally closed its dots to the public for good. They told me that the restaurant wasn’t making enough money & by gradual degrees, their customers weren’t even coming in to the restaurant when they would have been expected to. It’s a blow, to Orchardville, who invested so much money in the restaurant since they took it over a couple of years ago. But, due to The Pandemic & Cost of Living Crisis, it has been very hard for them to keep their finances, funding & investment up to date. We don’t know yet what will become of the restaurant or who will take it over. Stephen Acton.
Lovely café, the food is always made to order, the staff is friendly and helpful. Handy location to shops and town. It's always a treat to stop in for a bite!

I am giving it a two star not for the amazing food that includes several vegan options, not for the always friendly service and not for the very reasonable price, but for the weird non opening times that this place have. I came on a Saturday afternoon at 2:30 or before and the kitchen was already close?
I also tried to have lunch here another time a bit off lunch time and, again, doors are open but the kitchen is close.
Why do you even bother opening at all if at 2:30 pm the kitchen is already close on a Saturday afternoon? You have to do better than this, please. Also, update the opening times on google to a more realistic one.
So, bottom line is: if you can find it open, it’s a great place, just, don’t hold your breath.
