The BEST pancakes I've ever had in my entire life! I understand that may sound like hyperbole, but you need to check this place out. 12+ varieties of pancakes, and plenty of other dishes for non-pancake lovers. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and conveniently located in the Chesterfield valley. Wait times can be a little long, but it's absolutely worth it!

Bun Pancakes
Everyone was polite and the food was great I went early because there was a crowd but I always sit at the bar so I was seated as soon as I walked in. I ordered the Apple pancakes it can be shared, hash-browns and the fresh orange juice was amazing. The endless coffee with the mugs were a nice touch

For the best experience possible I suggest you reserve a spot before going! I had the Irish Benedict and a single biscuit and gravy with a coffee. It was made well and had good flavor and the pic shows how it was presented. All in all had a great experience. Our waiter was on point and kind we left him 30% tip.

I’ve been wanting to come here for a while and finally did. The menu has a lot of options but it’s not overbearing; a lot of things just sound good. The fresh squeezed orange juice was perfect. I also really enjoyed the eggs and hash browns. I’ll for sure come back.

Ordered the $10 blueberry pancakes with blueberry compote. My pancakes had four blueberries each. They do not have blueberry compote, only watery blueberry syrup. Blehhhhh. Water glass was empty whole time.

There was a wait and I believe there always will be because most good things take time lol. As soon as we were seated the awesomeness started from the servers, to the service, to the vibe in the building and not to mention the FOOD 🤤🤤. WE ENJOYED OUR VISIT. This is a must try at least once and I'm sure you will be back. We tried a lot of different things because it was our first visit and loved them all.

Came with my wife and son. We all really enjoyed our food. The food temperature was perfect like it just came off the griddle and was plated and taken straight to our table. The pancakes had that cast iron skillet crispness to them which I really enjoy.

Pecan Pancakes
Best breakfast I’ve ever had, but it took an hour to get seated. The waitress was also very nice. First take use to be my favorite spot, but now it might not be. However, I’m not willing to wait an hour every time I want breakfast, so I might go back to first take. The bacon or sausage breakfast is good and comes with three pancakes. I’ve never had an oven baked omelette, or an omelette this big! It was delicious. I got the meat lovers one. My friend said the Dutch baby was good and my other friend had a croissant sandwich with avocado and tomato and some other stuff and she said it was amazing. Sometimes it’s worth the wait, but if you go early like breakfast time 7-9, the wait isn’t that long.
