Dün ailece gittik. Eşime yanık tavuk geldi kaşarlı tavuk bana da mayonezli beşamelli iyi pişmemiş ağır kokan tavuk Çin usulü tavuk sipariş vermiştim. Lezzetini hiç begenmedim. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve nazikdi hatta tabağımı tekrar pisirilsin diye gonderdim sagolsun tekrar pişirdiler ama bu seferde sosu iyice agirlasmisti. Belediye restoranına daha güzel bir menü ve lezzetli mutfak yakistirirdim. Tekrar gidersem yemek için degil belki tatlılarını denemrk icin giderim

Not even sure where to start. The first time I ordered menemen and it was good. The second time they mixed my order and got me mushroom crepe instead of the Kori crepe, then I ate it and said that it's fine. This time everything was mixed up, nothing is as I ordered and what's worse is the excuses of the manager and the way he speaks (not even sure if he's the manager, but he sits in the cashier place). I ordered a pizza, and a cordon chicken meal, the pizza came in lavash bread as the photos show. The "manager" said that it is their fault, but I'm sure they have already had many comments about that and nothing has or will change. I refused to eat the cordon chicken because it didn't have cheese in it, the staff kindly took it and told me to order something else, but while speaking to the manager he told me that this is how the chicken come to them, they don't change anything in it, as if it needs a miracle to listen to my feedback and change the provider or communicate the feedback with them, he wanted to say (it is how it is), but what really made me wonder if they even have a professional cook is the Bolognese, it came to me with penne pasta and not spaghetti, when I told the manager he told me that (I had to ask for spaghetti). Who would think that a restaurant wouldn't know how to serve Bolognese. So, for anyone who wants to eat there, make sure that you communicate everything clearly, if you order tuna pizza make sure you tell them to cook the pizza and cut the tuna into pieces, because they would be like (we didn't know you won't eat the tuna as whole). But I am not going there again. One more thing, they can't fix the electricity for months, I couldn't even charge my phone while eating. The manager is so rude and doesn't care about anything
