I saw their signature seven napkin burger on tiktok and had to try it. We picked up a couple burgers after a hike so we were starving. Seven napkins is no joke. This burger has everything a good burger should have on it. A beautiful mess. We cannot wait to be in the area to try more of their food. Been wanting to check this place out for a while now, and it more than lived up to its stellar reputation Yes, the 7 Napkin Burger was exactly as described: a glorious mess of perfection. That was the main reason for my visit, but the store also had just about anything else you could possibly need. It was a lot of fun talking to the clerk and looking around the store while the cooks worked their magic This place is an 11 out of 10 awesome place, and I can’t wait to return for another burger the next time I’m in town! Owls Head General Store is an old type country store. A country store with a little bit of everything from batteries, home decor, drinks, sweets, fudge, made to order sandwiches, etc. Rest room available with outdoor picnic tables with umbrellas. They're friendly and bring your food out when it's ready. Three of us stopped in for lunch, which was ok, not great. The "seven napkin" burgers were excellent, but that was about it. They came with a lousy bag of Lays potato chips, which for the price should have been upgraded to some of the good-looking local potato chips being sold in the store. For some reason, it also took quite awhile to get our burgers, even though we were the only people there at the time. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
