We came tonight to celebrate getting married, we just went to the courthouse but we went out for a nice dinner, Alex was our waiter and he help our night feel even more special! My husband took me here for Valentine's Day and the service was perfect. The food was great and the experience was so welcoming. The waitress even boxed out food for us and which I've never had at any other restaurant. 10/10 but only downfall was they need a bigger parking lot lol. We had to park far away. I go to PF Chang’s for every celebratory occasion and have the same meal every single time. It is a winning combo. My daughter and her boyfriend got engaged , and we had a party but had to also go to PF Chang’s. Brynn, our server was personable and took exceptional care of us. Overall food was good. Our waitress was awesome. Plum wine not so good, I had a drink called, “drink with no name”, it didn’t look like the picture and was very acidic. Family friendly, fast and elegant. At first sight I thought it was going to be very pricey and snooty because of the customers… fancy cars and rich old people. I was wrong. The plates are reasonably priced for a kids plate with a nice coloring section. Plates are meant to be shared and it has to be one of the best orange chicken I have ever had. Cake was fantastic. Just got done with an AMAZING dinner. Taylor asked what we were celebrating, remembered everything, took next level care of the 4 children (varying in ages from almost 2 to 8) She also treated them all like participating members of the function (which they were) and remembered them by name. She just made our experience something we won't forget. It was a sad occasion, but Taylor did so much to make it better. Kind of a base comment, but it was very cool. None of the adults had been in very recently so a lot of menu items with the same names tasted a little different than what we remembered, but everything was delicious. Everything was also very timely from the drinks to the appetizers to the desserts and the check presentation. It's always such a treat that they box up the food for you! We will be back in more frequently, and we appreciate the evening. In a time of everyone being short-staffed, I don't know how they have an entire staff of kind and caring individuals. We experience this with the kids going to and from the restroom, while we were sat, our entire time dining and when we were leaving. We got so many smiles and thank you's and we will get out of your way please pass. It was incredible. One of the kids just couldn't find a single thing on the menu that looked good but with Taylor's help we finally settled on the chicken fingers and I asked her for a comment for my review and she said "actually this is delicious".
