I have been ordering from Panera at Johnson Center since 2015 and my experience was better in the past. I wanted to review from their website but I was not able to find the page. Last year when I ordered soup for three different times, they forgot to add croutons/tortilla. I had to check my lunch bag knowing that they usually forget. They provide it later if you ask for it. I think the prices also went up and the portions got smaller. Most recently, I was not happy with the food that ordered two days ago. I ordered yogurt parfait first time this past Wednesday thinking that they make it fresh. It was prepackaged and yogurt did not taste fresh and the top of the bowl was very watery. I asked the cashier to toast chocolate croissant, my second order, she said they do not do it and suggested me to use the dining hall microwaves. The croissant was not fresh. Lastly my third order, the chai tea latte was not hot enough. Although I used to like Panera, I do not think I will order much from JC Panera anymore. There needs to be some improvements.

The spoon they gave me was sharp and cut my mouth. There’s now two cuts on my top lip and one on my bottom lips, it stings.

It's Panera but run by underpaid and overworked college students, you know what you're in for. Most of the baked goods are dry or flavorless.
