I waited for nearly 30mins for my food and still didn’t come. I had to cancel the order because I felt I wasn’t fairly treated. While waiting for 30 mins, I saw all other guests who came after me already got their orders.

The last three times I got the chicken with wild rice soup to go, There was only two little pieces of chicken in the soup. I don't think that they stir the soup up from the bottom, because that's where the chicken probably is. Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dingy establishment. Saw only 2 employees. 1 taking orders and 1 filling orders. Both were kind and helpful, working diligently. Surprisingly, at 2pm on a Friday afternoon in November there were no bakery items other than some bread items on the back wall. We typically add a treat to meals and drink the green tea. Again, at 2pm, the green tea was nearly gone and heavily watered down. Sandwiches and soups met expectations. Restrooms were typical for Panera- on par with a gas station.

Love this Panera. Since I got a free membership to their sip club, I eat here often. They always get my order just right and they always include everything you need such as napkins and plasticware. Nice folks that run a great store. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I stopped by this place to get soup for a friend. From the moment I walked in this place, I was hugely impressed with coffee, soup, and service (it ended up that my friend couldn't eat it) The most impressive was the young man behind the counter. He was so very friendly. He told me he was a sophomore at Ole Miss in Oxford MS. We talked football and his major. I was in such a hurry I failed to get his name, much to my dismay. When you go there, be sure to ask if the person who's taking your order attends Ole Miss. Then you will see what I mean about this fine, young man. I have visited locations in Alabama, Georgia, Maryland and many other places. Today was by far the worse experience. Customer service was poor. I'm used to ordering a blueberry muffin and I asked for one and the cashier said all we have is in the case and I had to walk over to see the case instead of her only saying we only have pumpkin. Our order was wrong and she verbally said that's not what he ordered. However, he received nothing instead of the wrong thing he ordered. The food was good but not enjoyable as we should not be greeted with attitude upon entering the door and talked to in such a manner. I'm quite disappointed. Awful food. I always get the smoky bbq chicken. Awful. I also get Greek salads. I ordered two of those meals. My salads had nothing but olives in it barley any lettuce. They put the sauces on top which made it so soggy we couldn't eat them. I had no feta cheese in them. My bread they literally threw in my bag. Just threw it. It surprised me. Let's start with the good. I absolutely love the new mango lemonade - quite likely my current favorite. The tomato soup, grilled cheese, salads, and flatbread pizza were all very tasty. The young girl working at the register was very polite and offered to assist with drinks. Now for the bad... Post COVID or not this was the dirtiest Panera Bread that I have ever been in. There were plenty of employees working and it was not particularly busy but the condition was absolutely unacceptable for the premium that you pay. Quality food should be the biggest challenge not the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every single table, and there were a bunch, were filthy. We finally just had to get napkins with water to wipe and dry the table that we wanted to sit at. There were more than four uncleared tables that I could see and tons of random food on the floors like no one was sweeping throughout the day. My expectations when I am paying $70+ for lunch is a nice clean atmosphere - not a crummy fast food like experience. Also, there were tiny black bugs flying all over the dining room and the bathroom. I am not sure that these were fruit flies. I suggest having the pest control company foam all of the drains the next time that they are out. No one likes to try to get bugs off of their food while eating. Overall, it felt very gross to eat at this location and I was very displeased with this experience big time.... This is the first Panera Bread anywhere that I have had to leave a review like this. Major fail from a customer standpoint. Lacey had never been to a Panera bread before, so today was that day! I always get the same thing , which is the Mediterranean veggie sandwich no cucumbers extra onions of course. I also do so enjoy their passion fruit green tea, 3 cups worth.... Lacey got a pick 2 chicken sandwich of some kind and the broccoli cheddar soup. I know she enjoyed the sandwich but really enjoyed the soup. The price is not crazy cheap, but the quality and environment is rather nice. I though never get enough onions.
