Great place to eat one of those typical Dutch meals, pancakes. They have a huge variety, from the standard plain ones, to the ones with ham and cheese, but there are also the more exotic ones, like pancakes with saté and pancakes with kebab and salad. Again... what a great place. I took the Pannenkoek.. with unions, mushrooms, bacon, and add Bell pepper, and ! Old Chees.. just the pannenkoek you can get.. A real must do place !! Delicious, big, generous and did I mention SAVORY AND DELICIOUS? The staff was friendly and the service very quick and efficient. Wow this pancake concept is already known but the savory pancakes blew my mind. While they did mess up the order of my husband, he was not at all bothered. We were hungry, we wanted to kill time since it was traffic peak time, and this place ticked all the boxes. I ate the spicy chicken with no champignons and extra cheese. What a delish dish. Great Dutch-style pancakes, with a good selection of toppings. Ask for the pancake to be half-and-half if you can't decide, because one pancake is pretty filling on its own. Unfortunately, the acoustics are pretty bad indoors, so a bunch of children being there is enough to raise noise levels to the point that conversation is difficult (which is probably always the case, considering the menu). The terrace is adjacent to a busy road, so sitting outside probably wouldn't be perfect either. The service was good, though there was a weird thing where they said they didn't serve tap water and then gave it anyway alongside our drinks. Not very welcoming personnel. I think they both really didn’t like their job. Pancakes were not so special. Needed two to have a decent lunch. Ambiance The place is not to big and when I went there were no kids. But if there would have been, it would have been loud, as they didn’t do anything to improve acoustics. It is very close to both a station and one street away starts a path to hike. They were very strict to me about COVID measures(which I very much appreciate) but then the personnel didn’t themselves unfortunately.

Very nice place, we didn't have a reservation, but still able to get a table, I order de kaas met champignons was delicious. The waitress very friendly.

Our visit started by seeing one of the staff standing in the door opening smoking - not exactly inviting. Staff was friendly but not the quickest. The tomato soup starter was fine, though the croutons were soggy. My pancake was alright, but the other pancake we ordered had apple on it that was quite a bit burnt. The vanilla ice cream was full of ice crystals, so not exactly enjoyable. All in all I'd say that it's alright, but definitely not great, and the prices are rather steep considering the quality.
