I ordered from them today online and when I arrive to pick up my order, they’re renovating the cafe. I was charged $30 and have no way of communicating with the owners to request a refund. They go to automated message saying they’ll open April 17 and their voice box is full. They should not have online ordering available if they’re closed for renovations. Now the company I used to order, Clover, has no way of refunding my money other than the owners doing it themselves. If I receive a refund I may take this negative review off. Service is very upsetting. I’m 9 months pregnant and for the first time in America I faced to not be allow to go to use the bathroom. They asked me if I will buy something… Amazing. They let me in, after I told them that I always buy something and I’m their client. First of all they should remember their customers! This place is never busy with customers, and workers should remember their clients. I have been always buying coffee or juice or food. Unfortunately we don’t have many cafes in our area, and this place has a great location, as a neighbor living close by to this place we always stop by to get something with my husband when we go for a walk to the park nearby. So disappointed by this situation and will never come to this place again. With the location of this cafe place it could be very busy with clients all the time, but I bet I’m not the only one who faces the issues with this place. That’s why they don’t have clients! Please someone buy this place and make a good cafe instead of this one! ☺️ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Literally the rudest people on the planet. You can walk into any coffee shop in America and work. But these people insist that you purchase something and harass you until you do. Not a good environment. Mind you they’re not consistent about this “rule”. Hated it. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Finally tried this place. All I ordered was a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was not toasted, and had only a smidge of cream cheese on it. Now, if you can't even get that right....
