I have been there twice. Food was excellent.
So was the presentation. The best Pho that I've tried. Service was prompt and friendly. Try the new drink menu. The pomegranate juice is delicious.

We have not eaten the food here yet but the attitude of both workers here were so disrepectful. We had 4 people and they took us in bar table, which was pretty high and uncomfortable. Therefore, we requested to move in another lower table. One of the employee just said:"NO!" right of our face and left without any explanations. Thought that there could have been a misunderstanding, we asked that waiter again with a respectful attitude and what we received was a:"NO" again. We asked why and he said that he was busying of cleaning that table with such an aggressive tone. That being said, we decided to leave this restaurant.
The time we were there was around from 130 to 230pm on Saturday (3/2).
We demand that employee to be punished and taught how to behave with customers. We felt so offended and disrepectful. Thank you.

The service itself from Phoxy Phở was terrible!
I was going with friends in a group of 4, and we were assigned to sit at the bar table. A few of us were not comfortable sitting high, so we asked to move to a lower table a few moments afterwards. A white male staff just came up and directly said no, with an annoyed attitude toward us and said: " I'm busy cleaning the tables..." The critical point here was his attitude toward us, which was disrespectful, absurd and offensive. After receiving that sort of service, we just left the place immediately. We were super disappointed and bitter. I hope either the manager or the shop owner can read my comment, hence making some adjustments to improve the services.
