Best pizza and breadsticks I've ever received from this location and I've been trying this location on and off for 10yrs and only had terrible food and manager who didn't seem to care when you call. I'm hoping this means I don't have to go to post falls for pizza hut anymore and can buy where I live, rathdrum. The delivery driver was great too. Keep up the good work!! What do you know? The Rathdrum Pizza Hut still sucks. This time, I called and it wasn’t even answered by somebody in the store. The call went to a call center. Then the order was NOT delivered by Pizza Hut. It was delivered by a Door Dash driver. Totally unprofessional from start to finish. Oh, and the pizza was burnt. These guys suck. Go somewhere else.

Great service! I called in an order for 4 large pizzas and they had them ready and waiting when I hot there even though it was plainly obvious that they were very short-staffed.

Ordered the new melts. They were all delicious. App ordering went flawlessly. Food was hot and good. Got order delivered with 30 minutes. Delivery fees along with tipping are getting expensive in my opinion.

I placed my order online and that went well but when I picked up my order both my pizza and cheese breadsticks were way over cooked. I couldn’t even eat the breadsticks because the cheese was burnt and the bread was hard. And it was very disappointing because I ordered extra cheese on my pizza only to have burnt cheese on my pizza.

I want to give who ever made my pizza a big fat shout out! This was like the first time ever that I ordered extra pineapple and actually got extra pineapple. It was amazing. I wish my pizza showed up that way every time. I might consider getting pizza but more often.

We haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time, for many reasons, but tonight's experience has changed our opinion! The delivery time used to be way too long. We would have to think about it ahead of time, and order early enough to get the pizza at a reasonable time. Tonight they told me they would be here at 7:40 and they were. 30 minutes. We ordered a meat lovers and a super supreme. The toppings were great and the veggies were actually fresh. The crust was great too. The only thing I would change about it would be that it needs to be a little crisper on the bottom. The young man that took my order was kind, polite, and took his time. The young man that delivered the pizza was also polite and friendly. All around great experience. So glad something changed!

Maybe 2 times out of the many that we have ordered pizza here, we actually got what we ordered. If I could post a picture of the Hawaiian pizza we got a week ago, I would. They forgot to add the pineapple, so instead of making another, they brought our pizza to us with fresh pineapple on it. The toppings are very little. You might get a piece or two or none of a topping per slice. Last year, we quit ordering for awhile because one of their drivers peeled out of our driveway on a one car road and almost hit our neighbor walking her dog. This place still has the same disappointing stamina. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Austin has always been good about handling situations, but this Pizza Hut is seriously the worst and not worth the headache. Tonight we went to use our credit for messing up our last order and they have always delivered it, somehow the rules changed in 2 weeks and they won't deliver on a credit unless you spend an extra $7... Then I did, then I got a call back again stating I needed to order something else to make it at least $10 over or I can just carry out. We get there and the woman working just kept complaining to me about how busy they are with deliveries and it's one pizza after another... It sucks because we like Pizza Hut a lot.
