I ordered 1 cheese only personal pan pizza, 12 wings, 1 meat lovers melt. I had it delivered by door dash. I am less than a half mile from store. The total bill was $51.00. $46 without doordash tip. This was SOOOO disappointing pizza hut has even around since I was a kid. The pan pizza was SOOO thick and yummy. The crust was buttery and crispy. This is NOT Pizza Hut. This is a front for something because they don't have waitresses, the only drinks they had was bottled water and diet Pepsi!!!!!! REALLY???.... there are stores all around they could get drinks from. The staff was rude like we were bothering her for coming in and a medium pan and a LG pan was nearly 60.00!!!!!!!! WHAT?? Ok that is ridiculous. She had another flyer that said specials and something but she told us about that after we ordered. The pizza was so thin that it was like original crust. Not even as thick as my thumb. THIS IS NOT ANY PAN PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUT!! This restaurant needs new management or relocation to another state. I placed an order on the app. Over have the items on the order weren’t available and the ignorant manager attempted to charge me the same price for 2 pizzas. Then had the audacity to get an attitude and tell me I wasn’t charged when I was looking at the charge on my account. Honestly who does the ordering how do you run out of half the items you ordered then pop an attitude. They definitely will never get another dime of my money. I hope she sees this !!!! I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni lovers with banana peppers. I got a regular crust pepperoni and banana pepper pie. Close but not what I paid for. According to their tracking system the pizza was done 55 minutes before it arrived at my hotel. I tipped well and in advance. They don't tell you that Door Dash is bringing your food until 10 minutes after you place your order. I'm done with Pizza Hut over this. The last time I ordered from a different store it was the same story except my pie had been upside down at some point. With price, delivery fee, and tip I paid $40 for the wrong food. I would have felt better if the Door Dash driver had pointed a gun at me as she handed it over. I'm going to reccomend something just so it will let me finish.
