Sun Prairie Historical Museum and Library is a must to visit before wonderful meals at this pizzeria. At Pizza Pit, order good pizza, gyros and bacon. Food delivery is a big benefit of this place. This is my favorite pizza, but every time I order I the price doesn't seem to line up with what it should have been. I didn't know there was a 3% surcharge on cards, but that still doesn't account for the difference I've seen. Have tried to call and ask whats up with that a few times in a row last time I ordered and nobody answered. Maybe it was because there was a Packers game. Idk. Someone should still answer and say they're busy and to call back or something. I guess it's the price you pay for a delicious pizza. This is my all time favorite pizza place! The pizza and wings are terrific. Prices are great. It's a very inviting atmosphere for dine-in. And Sarah is awesome! My only real issue is getting through to place an order for pick-up. Unfortunately, like everyone else, they're short-handed. That being said, once you reach someone & arrive to pick up the service, it has always been great! I only wish there were a more convenient location. The Sun Prairie Pizza Pit has a mom and pop atmosphere with their cozy dining area and friendly staff. They have some of the best breaded chicken wings and their by the slice lunch deal is both tasty and affordable.
