WORST POPEYES EVER! Go to another location. This place is so dirty, and customer service is horrible. Lady looked at me when I entered and didn’t ask for my order. She kept doing her thing and six minutes later, she took my order. I ordered six wings, I had to wait 27 minutes because I kept going up to the front asking them about my order. The lady said that it takes 8 minutes to make the wings, but this was 20 minutes after they placed my order. There were six workers there. So it’s not because they are lacking employees. Not only that, but my wings weren’t even good. I was so close on asking for a refund. Meanwhile, drive-thru was going by pretty fast. After seeing the Popeyes commercial on TV advertising the "Buy 1 6pc wings and get a 2nd for $1" offer I decided to stop by while out the other day and take advantage of the deal. But unfortunately, the offer is not available in-store and I had forgotten my reading glasses. The young lady associate that assisted me in placing the order via my phone while in the store was knowledgeable, personable, professional and very much appreciated. Additionally, the food was prepared quickly and the quality and taste met or exceeded expectations. The manager an older Hispanic lady never friendly to me seemingly she doesn't want my business due to some toilet issues and communication isn't good at all she never smile. Plus, the service there is slow at times when I walked in. Being an African male not sure if this racial or not. They accused me things from ice to toilet issues, or waiting for an order. I don't have to come back there but Ashley a staff member on evening shifts tonight sàid I'm always welcome. I feel welcome there some days as being a regular loyal for a few months now. Popeyes actually had really good chicken. I was so surprised there shrimp were OK. They get some good deals on Tuesday the line most of the time isn’t too long. I never eat inside the people add depends on what shift but what they service pretty much idiot proof. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I must say they may be a little pricey at times depending on what you order, or should I say how many people you have to feed. But then again what food chain isn't? I'm truly greatful for the kind and professional help of the young lady who waited on me to help me decide what my order should be, I can't think of her name off hand I will include it in my next review as I believe she is an asset to the company and would make for good managerial level for your company. Food is delicious, but make sure to check your order. In this particular location they always missing something or give you the wrong order. I've come here probably eight times and 100% of the time, they're wrong. So just double check your order. Food is good though. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Popeyes has never let me down in terms of quality, I love everything about them, the cashiers are always very friendly and as long as I've been going here I have never had a problem with an order. My only complaint is the BBQ sauce limit, that being said, I am known to use an excessive amount of BBQ sauce so the average customer shouldn't have a problem with one or two. Enjoy!
