I don't know maybe I came on a off day. I thought it would be a good choice coming here judging by the reviews. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant. I ordered the jersey burrito and it was very disappointing. I adjusted some of the ingredients. I asked for egg, pork roll, peppers, potats and cheese. I got all egg and cheese. 3 potatoes and these little chopped up pieces of pork roll. Not what I expected. I also ordered a iced chai latte. It tasted like plain milk with a ton of cinnamon. Total cost was $20.00!!!
Sorry definitely not worth it. May return to try the coffee and pastries but don't think I'll get anything else.

Great coffee and food. Their coffee doesn't have that burnt taste that a lot of shops have and their flavored lattes are delicious and not overly sugary. The jersey burrito and egg and cheese sandwich are delicious. Favorite coffee shop in the area.

My husband just moved here from Australia and we have been on the hunt for a good coffee spot since leaving NYC in NJ and we finally found it ! Prep coffee is not only clean ,and cozy inside but the coffee, food and pastries are some of the best we ever had out of a coffee shop! Nick and the staff that work with him at the shop are so personable every time we come in. Sebastian’s food and shop is truly the best NJ has to offer thus far !
- coconut macaroon and rainbow cookie coffees are a must try *!

Prep coffee is good, just a little pricey. Burrata toast and jersey burrito are really good choices to eat. Their coffees are good as well. Different options that you don't see too often. The zesty orange is one of the better coffee drinks I have had out. Nice seating area and plenty of parking.

Jersey Burrito
Recently visited for the first time with friends and found everything to be perfect! Delicious handcrafted beverages and very fresh food made to order. Angela, clearly a gem of an employee, was very pleasant and efficient! Her commitment to ensuring that all the guests had a great experience was noticed! Praises to her! We will be back.

Ricotta Toast
Variety of drink options. Great coffees and chais. I've had the Cali burrito, the Jersey burrito, the burrata avocado toast, and the BLT. Cali burrito is good and there's an option to get it spicy, which is my personal favorite. The toasts all come with stuff on top, so I recommend eating them with a fork and knife and not to try and eat them like you would a sandwich. Atmosphere in the place is great. Big windows, bright. Music is low enough that you can have a conversation. They offer takeout, but it's a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee/breakfast.

I love prep! I come in almost every day before work for a drink and a sandwich. The staff is always friendly and bring me my food even when I could easily get it myself. The iced coconut matcha is the best! A little expensive but worth it.

When I first heard about prep coffee through a friend, I was excited to come and try it out for myself, especially after browsing through their instagram to see what to expect. With that being said, I am very disappointed with how everything turned out. When I first ordered my coffee I noticed a pick-up order, and I had asked the girl at the register what it was because it looked amazing… so I ordered the same. When she first handed my coffee it looked completely different than what I saw at the pick up counter. So I asked her if this was the correct coffee? She said yes it is, and I just restated that it looked completely different and she said she would remake it and that she was rushing as the reason to why it didn’t look like the same appearance as the first coffee that caught my eye. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating, which made the situation better. However, then when I got my $13 burrata avocado toast….. it was a let-down. $13 for a lightly spread of nearly nonexistent avocado?
I’m extremely disappointed and displeased. My friend and I were looking forward to coming here and trying their different coffees and food that they serve, especially after browsing their aesthetically appealing social media.

Immediately became my favorite coffee spot. Pretty much nails every aspect of a perfect cafe. The nicest staff (family owned too with the cutest little boy), little tables to get some work done, a changing menu of snacks and their famous PB LATTE! Best thing to happen to this town.
