when you’re traveling, it’s always hard picking a good restaurant.. Redmond Burger did not disappoint. The sweet tater tots were bomb! Burgers were some of the best we’ve had. And the service was excellent, food came out within about 15 minutes for all 7 of us! So pleased with place. We’ll definitely be coming back when we’re in town again. We used to love going here weekly! Literally!! But, over the last couple of years it's really gone down hill.. The fries are always pretty much cold! And; they've eliminated 1/2 of there menu..! WHY?? I would NEVER order the grilled cheese again! That sandwich is a shame the way it's made, might as well just order toast.. Bring your Chili back! It was the best ever! I loved your Broken Top burger but, not worth the cold fries so we just go else where now... Your prices have increased thru the roof.. Please bring the happiness back.. Had the powerhouse steak sandwich with onion rings. Was amazing. Really enjoyed the sandwich and the onion rings were perfect. Service was excellent. Our servers were attentive, friendly and helpful. I often go here for convenience to pick up something to go. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich from the paper menu that I picked up less than 6 months ago. When I arrived to pick up my order I was surprised to find that my sandwich that was $13, less than 6 months ago, had gone up to $24. The chicken was rubbery and I had to throw most of it away. I was surprised to find the rest of the food that I ordered had also gone up dramatically the entire order was almost $50 for two people who just wanted a hamburger and a chicken sandwich, and the food was not the same quality that kept me coming back in the past. There was only one other person at the restaurant when I picked up my order, and I must say I am not surprised. I also will not be returning to Redmond , Burger Company, or their Sister company, Bend , Burger Company. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
