At this restaurant, you will be served Chinese and Japanese cuisines. Try tasty fish, sushi and rolls. Come here and have good wine. It's time to degustate great tea. Live music is played by musicians in the evening. If you look through the guests' comments, the waitstaff is patient at Promenada. Enjoyable service is something guests agree upon here. From the visitors' point of view, prices are fair. Most of the time, the nice atmosphere is to be found here. But many clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Had the pizza and spicy salmon roll. Both were extremely bland. They definitely don't know how to make a pizza, extremely greasy, poorly made and zero flavour. There wasn't much customer service from the start, the gentleman didn't seem interested in being there. Strongly recommend going somewhere else! There was a huge disappointment on September, 17, 2023, when we came to this reputable, as we thought, restaurant and got robbed by 16 euros for two glasses of martini which cost 5.50 each on the menu. So instead of 11€ we paid 27€. The waitress didn’t” want to give the money back at first but after our firm request she return the money . Naturally, our mod was spoiled and the whole evening ruined((

The dining experience offered enjoyable cuisine, though the prices seemed a bit steep considering the value. The location, while not exceptional, did provide a pleasant shaded setting near the beach. If I were to suggest something from the menu, I'd definitely recommend trying out their sushi offerings and the refreshing Japanese salad. Hit or miss. The sushi was pretty good! The pasta was okay - but got to us cold. The paella was salty and the fish was over cooked. The pizza was quite yummy. There is live music we enjoyed! Our server lectured us on how to tip, how much to said we should only tip in cash, so she may avoid paying taxes on the money. While I understand her intention- this is supposed to be a 5star resort, we’re on vacation and such talk is tacky. We’re Canadian and used to tipping culture. We tipped well, despite her lacklustre service. The prices are high and there are nicer places along the boardwalk.

Good and simple food. All of the dishes have been good in taste. As dips for the shrimps, we got mayonnaise and some other salty sauce. The drinks have been good, but if you order at the pool bar, every glass you get is out of plastic, making the wine taste weird. The staff is nice and helpful.

The best staff we have ever seen, guided us through the menu and his recommendations were excellent! We had a dinner for two as a part of the romantic package in the hotel. Will definitely return!

Excellent service, very good food, menue in English. A little bit more expensive than surrounding resturants, but the food is in another level.

We tried the restaurent while staying in the splandid hotel. For first course we took some sushi - phili roll and tiger roll. The sushi was really nice, came with some sauces on the side. For main course we took the chicken soup and a noodle. The chicken soup was quite bad, tasted like it was made from a made powder. The noodles was pretty good. To summarize - the food is ok, but too expensive for the taste.
