The food was fantastic! Best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The restaurant side service is walk up, which, given the open air environment make sense... just adjust your expectations accordingly. I also didn't like the self bussing aspect...again practical but didn't sit right with me since the restaurant itself didn't feel "fast food"-esque.
