We love our local spots and this one has a big calling and great food.
Somehow our ticket got lost and after watching a few customers (whom ordered after us) get their food before ours, I asked and they quickly remedied the problem. We got our food, which was great, and then they gave us a full refund.
We refused to take the refund, because we're aware of technology problems and human error. We want to support our local community and keep them thriving.
After some debate and convincing, they took our payment and we enjoyed yet another great local meal, with a beer and glass of wine as compensation.

The crab legs were really good and the clam strips were good, but our order of fried mushrooms could have been better. The restaurant was busy, and with the entrance door not self closing, there was an almost continuous cold blast of air coming in the entrance door.
