I was driving by today looking for somewhere to stop and eat when I came across Ruby’s Cafe. Let me tell you I am glad that I did. I was welcomed by the server, who was extremely professional and courteous. I ordered the Chilaquiles and if I could, I would rate them 10 stars Or more I have not tasted any thing like those in a very long time, and then to find out that they are made from scratch, makes it even better and authentic . Absolutely amazing food!!! We are from the Phoenix area but travel to Pinetop/Lakeside often. We will now keep this place as a destination any time we are in the White mountains! I’ve had breakfast here twice and lunch once in the past month. The food is just great! Huevos rancheros for breakfast where is outstanding with Hatches green chilies? At lunch I had shrimp tacos. They were just great. In fact there were seven of us at lunch and everyone enjoyed their variety of selections. I highly recommend this new restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

All the staff was very friendly! The waitress was kind and attentive. The owner was also very friendly and made sure that we enjoyed everything. The food was very good and freshly made. Have been here twice now - breakfast and dinner - and both times was very impressed. The food is amazing. Chef Bill came out to greet us both times and had great suggestions each time. If you haven't been here yet, you need to go! We are going again..... and again.
