We visited Ruby Tuesday recently and we were pleased with the food and the service. Our menu choices were the Scallops Dinner and the Beef Kabobs which are served with zucchini, peppers & onions, over rice. Both of our meals were tasty but my broccoli was a little undercooked. We pulled up at 5 pm after a day at Legoland with 2 hungry kiddos and 3 adults. We were seated immediately and our server Colin was fantastic. Friendly and attentive, he got everyone fed and happy in no time. The food was excellent and Colin even managed to help us out with an odd request for take out croutons. Definitely recommend! We came in for a late lunch / early dinner and were promptly seated in the bar side which we prefer due to the more casual atmosphere. Our waitress, Angela immediately introduced herself and promptly got our drinks. She went over and above making us feel as if we were the only ones there. She was great, offering food selections and letting us just hang out for a bit before putting the order in, which we really appreciated! She's definitely an asset to the organization and look forward to coming back soon. We ordered steak and the salad bar. The salad bar was very clean and everything was fresh. David W is a great server. He took really good care of us. I had the deconstructed kebab, and it was absolutely delicious! My wife really enjoyed her dessert and her meal me. We come here for your delicious salad bar. I definitely took advantage of it. The wait staff is excellent. The steak was not a rib eye and not cooked as ordered. The salad bar was okay. The ingredients were not as fresh as they usually are and since this was a repeat visit, the fact that the steak was once again well well done with zero pink in it, it became the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.
