We came in a little late closer to close and was slightly worried about the quality but they delivered on all fashions. The fresh home made daily pasta was delicious and the chicken parm was cooked perfectly. The drinks were delicious and was relatively inexpensive

Chicken Marsala was decent a little dry but not bad. However had a martini which was tasty but a piece of glass was in it. I felt something in my mouth thinking my tooth chipped and after rubbing it in between my fingers I quickly noticed it was a shard of glass as it stuck in my finger and bled.
I was very disappointed at the fact that they had only competed my drink. I wasn’t going in looking for a free meal but I also wasn’t going in thinking I’d be chopping on a shard of glass.

Rustic Kitchen was my favorite restaurant & our go-to for New Year's
Eve, including this year (2023). We were a party of 4, including a guest. From the get-go, the evening was off as the restaurant was unaccomodating, the receptionist snippy,
& the entrees sub par. We had to ask for things multiple times &
felt that we were being rushed. Sure enough, 1 hr. 55 min. & $460 later,
we were told that the table was booked for another group & that we had to leave! At the time, we were enjoying drinks that finally arrived after a half hour wait & coffee that I had to ask for twice. For that kind of money, we are used to enjoying a relaxing meal. Needless to say we were appalled -- & mortified in front of our guest. We did not make a fuss, as we were shocked & tried to salvage the evening. Upon reflection, I realize that was a mistake & should have demanded to speak with the owner. Sadly, after much patronage over the years, we will not be back.
