Scheduling your trip, pay attention to Bob Dylan Way and remember to choose where to eat: this bar is right aside the mentioned attraction. Visit Sir Benedict's Tavern to try good cuban sandwiches, butternut squash soup and bacon. The truth is that you will really like tasty Brezeln and perfectly cooked bread pudding. The convenient location of this place makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. Delicious draft beer, craft beer or wine are worth a try here. Many guests point out that you can drink great coffee at this spot. The terrific staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. People say that the service is fine here. You may be surprised by low prices at this bar. The modern decor and pretty atmosphere let visitors feel relaxed here. Google gives it 4.7 so you can select Sir Benedict's Tavern to have a good time here.

Always a favorite when I'm home. I remember getting frosty beer mugs in my youth. The food has since much improved. I had a rueben, a nitro IPA, and a cup of smoked Butternut Squash Soup. The soup was superb. The only negative is the tight parking, especially if people drive separately. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Smoked Butternut Squash
Come on in, pick a table, head over to order and sit back and enjoy some great views and even better food and drink. Nice tap list with several options for ciders, and my friend raved about their clam chowder. 10/10, will go back, and I'm really looking forward to it. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Hummus Platter
This is my favorite place in duluth at the moment, and it usually is for guests to the city as well. The roasted butternut squash soup is life changing and I would sacrifice my first born for the recipe. Because it's so good it is also packed at peak times. Be prepared to vulture around until a table opens up. There are no reservations and it's first come first serve as far as seating goes Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes English Onion

Wonderful atmosphere! There was live music when I walked in. Went up to the counter and ordered to go and the service was friendly and speedy. Also the sandwiches were phenomenal we got the tropical pig and a grilled cheese for my toddler. It was a big hit all around. Seems like a great place to grab a beer and enjoy a view of the lake. I have eaten lunch at St. Benedicts a handful of times in the past 25 years. It’s a fun place with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The servers are efficient and friendly. And, the sandwiches are delicious. The restaurant features a large draft beer selection, too. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

On the recommendation of our hotel and after a long day of driving, we were looking for a local place with drinks and good food. Boy did Sir Ben's not disappoint. We had the Reuben and Cuban. Both had their own unique twist to the typical. Both were excellent tasting and delicious. I highly recommend. For starters we had the large German pretzel which was probably one of the soft dough, not too salty pretzels we've ever had. To top it off, beer choices and drinks were on point as well.
