The food was good. Uncomfortably cold, you should turn down the AC. Service was terrific; my receipt flew out of my hand when I walked outside, so I'll probably butcher her name, but Niya was exceptional. Her vibe and customer service were superb, and she made the experience so much better! Go see her, you won't regret it!! I had Niya as a server, best waitress to come across & be taken care of while being here in Springfield IL. She had an amazing positive energy, all smiles & very respectful. Niya Was an amazing sever for me and my family tonight, she was funny, cool and very hopeful with the menu that we wanted cause it was our first time trying Smokey bones. Tim was an awesome server, he was on top of all the refills and bringing out everything. The food was absolutely delicious and we were a party of 9 so it’s not always easy, thanks for a good time!
