Can’t complain about the food, it’s fast food. Service can be slow at times but is manageable. Last visit received one wrong item and one missed item which had to be brought back to me. Only happened one time though, so must’ve been a busy day. Low atmosphere because the place is kinda sad looking. Restaurant isn’t too busy most times but they have their rushes. Last time I ate here, I got food poisoning, so I only get drinks here anymore. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with cherry and vanilla, light ice. Way too much vanilla, next to no cherry. This place use to be really really great but here lately the service has been so terrible I waited 45 minutes to get a bacon cheese burger and my uncle got chicken tenders and they were burnt not to mention the guy thar brought us our food out was very rude and acted like he didn't cate at all. Picked up doordash, spent 20+ minutes in the drive thru with one car ahead. Once we finally got to the window, it was an additional 6 minutes. Service: 2

The last three times I've been here the last 4 weeks has been awful the meat and the tater tots seem like they're soaked in Grease. Last four to five months it went downhill my experience anyway kind of sucks cuz I was good for a long time this sandwich looked pitiful Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

-Made online order for pickup -Waited 15min -Sandwich came slopped to the point of being unedible. I was given one brown lettuce chunk. Insulting -Chilli burrito completely missing -Only got chicken from the chicken tender dinner -Missing tots -Ordered 5 ketchup packets and recieced two. Point taken Sonic! No wonder all my peers laughed at the mention of cdale sonic. Grossed out, confused and insulted. I always tip above and beyond only to regret. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been here a couple times and one thing is consistent: it sucks. Earlier today was the last straw, they gave me FIVE tiny pieces of fried pickle and charged full price. It wasn't even close to filling the container and they didn't give me my sauce. The drive through was shut down and it just seems to be a hot mess. Placed an order through the app and sat in my for 30 mins while every other was in and out. i ordered the footlong coney which is cold now and a pretzel twist which is hard as a rock and has no cheese dip (which i ordered) i only received my food when i walked up to the kitchen and asked where my food was. Had a very bad experience last night left a review and got a call from the very nice general manager. He talked to me and asked a few more questions about the issue that we have last night. We resolved things and as I told him we really love going to Sonic and it's usually very very good but last night ended up being one of the worst nights we had had and he did an amazing job fixing the issue. I'm very much appreciate what he did and I am very happy that he was reasonable and completely understanding. I too apologize because I was a little unreasonable giving the fact that I only got to eat half of my food and that prices are going up so high which is not their fault.
