So disappointed and if I would be the owner I would’ve been paying attention to the managers on that place. Today January 28, 2024 my son and daughter went to this SONIC in 1145 N Saginaw blvd at 6:10 pm check #502855 , my daughter says that she ordered her food, and everything was fine, the order even appeared on the screen. However when they received the food, they missed one combo. My daughter calls back for assistance mentioning that they missed one combo. The manager comes out and seems a bit skeptical like if they weren’t telling the truth. When “Kaitlyn” took their order and it was on the screen. So then the manager proceeded to look into the bag and say that that combo didn’t go through the receipt that they would have to re-order the combo. Frustrated, my daughter EVEN gave the manager the note that she had written prior to ordering the food that had all the details on it. The second order was at 6:27pm check #502857. And they didn’t even give them the right order. Something completely different…. They even missed to give them the drink that was included in the combo. When my son reaches again (for the third time) their attention that they forgot the drink, The server rolls her eyes and sighs in a gesture like “gee we forgot something again” and even asks us what’s the size of the drink was like if we didn’t order it AGAIN. This is the second time this happens HORRIBLY HORRIBLE customer service. We order food there regularly but not going AGAIN !!!!! Used to go here a lot for breakfast since they had the 1/2 off for large drink. They got rid of that to make you download the app to get the discount now, which is stupid. I downloaded the app and worked for the first few times until it logged me out. Now, I can not log in at all. I will not be going to Sonic anymore.

Waited 15 minutes and none everytook our order until I called the store and the it took them 3 minutes to come out to take out order ...2 medium sonic blasts and 1 hot fudge. Took them 10 minutes to get it out to us. Mine was supposed to be the trick or treat blast with chocolate ice cream. It came out with vanilla. The hot fudge sundae was a cold fudge Sunday. This location has definitely dropped the ball! Placed a mobile order to pick up, the order was wrong, boneless wings which I should call popcorn chicken, tasted like they were cooked in old grease. I got a corn dog. Simple easy. It was so good I wished I had ordered two. The breading didn't need a chisel. It was soft but crunchy too. The hot dog was tender and not like a slim Jim. I ordered a Oreo cheesecake master shake and mine was a milky texture I called and talked to the manager and he remade it for me no problem. This is by far the best sonic I have been to so far. We have given this Sonic multiple chances. Today was our last straw. Service was ok, but the overall quality of the food is awful. The burger was old... i don’t always expect fast food to give me burgers straight off of the grill but this burger has very clearly been sitting out for a while. The mozzarella sticks always disappoint. You’re lucky if you even get cheese inside of the stick. Most of the time you will receive flattened, lukewarm, old mozzarella sticks that are not satisfying at all. At least the popcorn chicken was warm..and I’m assuming that’s because not a lot of people order it. We will not be returning; we would rather drive up to western center, where quality is never an issue.
