I went thru the drive thru, it was fast, service was friendly. The burger was prepared almost as ordered, but I ordered light mayo and they went heavy on the mayo. I asked for light mustard and I could not see or taste any mustard. The Oinon rings were cooked good, not over cooked. The price for a burger with jalapeños, no super-sized onion ring, large drink was $11.53, to me that's high priced. The burger was small, in my opinion. went here the other day and got some shakes but when brought out the wrong order i informed “ kylee “ based on her name tag what i had actually gotten. her response was to roll her eyes and go back inside. i waited about 10 minutes just for her to come back out and aggressively shove the drink holder into my hands causing me to almost drop the whole thing. when addressed she could have done it a little more nicely she gave me a stank face and stated “ well it doesn’t look like you need any shakes anyway maybe next time stay home “ i asked for the manager and she just laughed and said “ of course the overweight karen wants to snitch “ and waved me on like a dog. i finally found the confidence to inform the company of such a horrible person working for them and hope only the company can make better decisions on how their employees should properly treat anyone no matter what they look like. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. For starters the girl with the lazy eye Kylee was really disrespectful towards me while I was at the carhop. If you don’t like your job why work in the fast food service. There was no reason for her to cut me off while I spoke or treat me disrespectfully at all. I will never attend this Sonic again. Im very embarrassed and upset about this sonic due to the lack of respect and manners in the employee's especially the one with a lazy eye I was getting some food for me and my friends and this young girl came up to me with my food and asked if I was going to eat my order all by myself and i looked at her in complete utter shock and before I could answer she said under her breath to cut off on the calories while handing me my food. I'm so sick and tired of going to this place and getting shamed!! I hope she gets fired because if she is that comfortable talking like that to me I could only imagine how many people she talks like that to on a daily basis. Never going here ever again! My experience at cleveland sonic was horrible I asked my carhop kylee to go back and get my food remade because it was clearly not what I asked for and she rudly rolled her eyes at me and said "sure whatever" and when she came back with the right food she told basically tossed it at me and I asked her I'd their was an issue and she looked at me and rolled her eyes again for the second time and said in a very rude tone "have a great day Sir" when I'm clearly a woman I'm never coming back here again Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
