The packaging was terrible, it literally did not have any security closure, and my smoothie came as served inside the store with a lid not suitable for delivery. I am honestly worried about ordering food to be delivered to my door because they can easily access my food. Service Delivery Food: 2

They charged me 2.68 to put lettuce on two burgers... That's a straight up rip off man. Won't be coming back here anyway, service is slow and they make mistakes nearly every time. Please update your hours if y’all are closing at midnight like stated. I arrived at 11:01pm and was told they are now closed. Either that or the two African american boys working (12/30/23) just are lazy and don’t want to take any orders. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Make sure you check your food and drinks. I came back from Sonic to just find facial hair in my drinks. This is disgusting! I will never get drinks or food from here ever again. This just shows that they don't wear proper covering. And it doesn't matter if you tip them well, the drinks taste like water! Very disappointed and disgusted. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m giving this sonic two stars only because it’s usually very good. However, today, we had to wait 15 minutes for two drinks when we purchase them on the app. We could see our drinks sitting inside on the counter as employees inside were talking and laughing. We had to push the button to let them know our drinks were ready and we can see them on the counter. We were told they only had one carhop today and she will be out soon. At that time she slowly walked to our car with the tray and provided us our drinks. We feel if you are short on employees, they should be working as hard as possible to get the items to the patrons. Not sit inside socializing with food ready to be delivered.

Excellent location! We ordered a variety of items, and the mobile order was delivered quickly and accurately by a very friendly carhop. Compared to other cities, this was one of the best experiences we've had at Sonic.

UPDATE: 10/31/22 ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD. I asked for the cheese that comes with the pretzel. I clearly stated and asked ol boy if he understood. He said he got it. THAT WAS CAP. Kendra bought me my food. It was shredded cheese. Exactly what I told them I didn't want. 🤦🏾‍♀️Alison was great. She was polite and friendly. Their medium tots has 16 tots. I expected more for my $3. Writing this, as I sit here, waiting, for two drinks, officially 40 minutes of waiting, for two drinks............ Will not come back, could of gone to chilli's ordered a rack or ribs, gotten it and eating it by now. DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC. After people who arrived after me, got their food and drinks, I cancelled my order and went up the road.
