The app has sent me to the wrong Starbucks twice. There are two within a few miles of each other. So when I got to the wrong one Sunday morning, the manager, a heavy set lady, proceeded to tell me that I wasn't working the app properly... Ok, I explained it has happened to a few people that I know, she said it has never happened at all. She must be the know all see all. She didn't greet me at all just told me I had to put my cigarette out on MY car, I wasn't chiefing on it or even really smoking it, she looked at me with disdain and disgust on her plump face. She had a negative and deliberately nasty attitude from the start. I kept my cool until finally I drove away and went to the other Starbucks down the road. They obviously didn't have my order but they did fill it for me. They were much nicer. The Starbucks with the nasty manager was in the Albertsons plaza and I will never go back.
