Nice to finally have Starbucks in Holland! This one is busy, one of the only ones along the A2 from Schipol to Eindhoven, but it's pretty decent! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person €1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The worst Starbucks brunch, I have ever been to.. the cashier was making fun of me because I ordered my drink small size!!!! I mean I know u want to Increase the income . But he didn’t need to making fun of us so we can take the large size. Plus the I ordered a mango dragon fruit drink .. and it was literally flavored water!! The line was out the door. We didn't have time to wait so we went away with nothing. It's really too bad because this is one of the largest Starbucks I've seen in NL. It really should be able to accommodate customers faster to reduce the frequency of huge lines.

As if Starbuck dont give a damn... all places world wide besides USA, i have been visiting just to get myself Wrong. But No. Dear Starbucks Customer Service, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding my recent visit to one of your establishments. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed the ambiance and quality of your products, but my recent experience has left me feeling unsatisfied and disheartened. During my visit to the Starbucks location at [insert location/address], I encountered several issues that I believe are essential to address for the benefit of both customers and the reputation of your brand. Unclean Tables: Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed that the tables were in a deplorable state. They were sticky and covered with crumbs and stains from previous customers. It was evident that no effort had been made to clean or maintain the dining area. Lack of Service After Payment: The absence of any service or assistance after making my payment was highly disappointing. There were no employees available to provide support or address any concerns. As a customer, I expect a minimum level of service and attention, especially during peak hours. Neglected Garbage Bins: Another glaring issue was the overflowing garbage bins throughout the store. It seemed like they had not been emptied for quite some time, resulting in an unpleasant and unhygienic atmosphere. The sight and smell of the accumulated waste were extremely off-putting and not in line with the standards I expect from Starbucks. As a customer who values cleanliness, efficient service, and a pleasant environment, I believe these issues should not be taken lightly. Such experiences can severely impact your loyal customers' perception of your brand and deter potential new customers from choosing Starbucks. To rectify these problems, I suggest implementing the following measures: Increase the frequency of table cleaning and ensure staff members are regularly attending to the dining area. Assign employees to assist customers after their payment to address any concerns or needs. Implement a stricter schedule for garbage collection to maintain a clean and inviting environment. I sincerely hope that Starbucks takes these matters seriously and takes immediate action to improve the overall customer experience. one of the best branches .. the team there look very experienced and proffessional .. taste of the Coffee and other things are way better than my other visitto different branch ..

It's a convenient Starbucks on the way down south from Amsterdam. Especially if you need gas anyway. However, I think you can get better and cheaper coffee at the adjoining gasstation. If you want something more complicated or a frozen drink Starbucks is usually beter. I guess it is quite a busy Starbucks, but it also has a lot of personnel, so they should be able to keep the place cleaner than what it usually is.
