They've gone the extra mile to rectify mistakes promptly, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. The convenience of the mobile app for ordering and pickup is undoubtedly a highlight. It saves time and adds a layer of efficiency to the whole process. However, my ongoing issue lies in the accuracy of the orders fulfilled. On multiple occasions, I've found discrepancies between what I ordered through the app and what was available upon pickup. An example would be the recent incident with an everything bagel, where I received a plain one instead. While this may seem like a minor detail to some, for me, a seamless and accurate order process is an essential part of the overall Starbucks experience.
