Too crowded during pandemic! I waited 10 minutes inside store for a hot coffee order that I already placed online 10 minutes ago. It should not take 20 minutes to get a coffee in a starbucks. Staff is actually very friendly. But they should have more employees. Moreover, they should turn the volume down. This is a coffee shop, not a nightclub. Customers cannot hear their names being called for pickup.

I stumbled upon this location while I was lost and looking for my hotel... I'm so glad I did! The staff were friendly and helpful! Despite showing up shortly before closing, they took their time to give me directions! These employees are the worst. Get some gluten-free options and then we'll talk. Starbucks lost me when I learned they are no longer offering the gluten-free cakes. Thanks a lot for giving up on the Celiac Community. Update... I no longer even step foot in starbucks and that goes for any starbucks.
