absurd. Ordered drinks and this is not the first time. But the drink i ordered was no where near full. Customer that I talked to regarding to why it wasnt full gave me this dumb excuse, “ cuz its sat”. Its not saturday. Train your employees to not rush orders Food: 5 Service: 1

Came into this Starbucks with my 6lb service dog that I was holding. Was asked by a worker who took the time to come up to me in line to ask if he was a service animal. They then proceeded to mess up my order - remake and mess it up again. I won’t be returning to this location. Go down the st to the other. I went to the store to buy 100 gift cards and the shift manager told me she didn’t have the time today. Only after I asked for the district managers business card did she offer to help me if I counted the cards for her. I should’ve asked to put on an apron and help out in the back while I was at it. I’ll buy the cards at Dunkin thanks Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great place to grab a coffee when in the area! Bathroom should be checked on more regularly though to ensure soap and toilet paper are stocked. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered at 11:30 and didn’t leave the store until just before 1pm…the girl with tattoos and ear gauges brushed me off when I asked about my order instead of checking on it, turns out the order was lost after the food was made so I waited an additional 45 minutes before getting a different worker to make the coffees. Thank you to the others who got the problem corrected. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always love their coffee however you stand in line wayyyy too long waiting for someone to pour a simple cup of coffee. Meanwhile the staff are filling call in orders and ignoring those of us standing in front of them! Not good service. Service Take out

went to this starbucks today because i was craving their almond croissants and sadly found out they don’t do them anymore. first 3 items i ordered they were out of so i decided to try the tomato pesto mozz sandwich. the picture below is what i received for what i believe $5. coffee was awful and service even worse. so disappointed. Today, Saturday, September 3, I went in and ordered a hot coffee, was surprised that the young man gave me cold coffee, and I told him cold, and he replied coldly that there was no hot coffee, or you want, but I could heat it up for you!!!! I asked him for money, and I wanted my money back . He gave me a Starbucks gift card the same amount and he didn't give me my money for cash, even though I love Starbucks, but this is the last time I left this place.

Ok location to grab a quick beverage or bite right off highway. Doesn't offer too much seating but it does have a few tables and a bar seating comunal table. Bathrooms were average in terms of cleanliness. It has a parking lot right in front.
