Natalie! You did the damn thing. I left the drive thru at Dunkin Next door due to their rude service and lack of wanting to assist in anyway. But I digress. I tell you that my one request is that you treat me with a little bit more respect than the neighboring coffee establishment. You went above and beyond and the best part is I do not doubt you would have been just as nice had I not mentioned what happened 5 minutes prior. I actually gave Natalie a few likes and dislikes to help create a coffee for my boyfriend and he loved it. She was so patient and full of smiles. She was more than apologetic for the other company and I told her no need because her little spirit just made our day. My original thought for going to Dunkin was that they are cheaper in some ways but I will always pay more and even drive further for customer service. Thank you Starbucks for not only setting standards for your hiring expectations but also you must have the appropriate training and higher expectations for the service your company provides.
