I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past 2/3 years and used to have the best customer service. The regular Starbucks Drive through girls are the sweetest. Felicity and I cant for the life of me remember the other girls name(shorter) they are usually super sweet. When its the other girls I dont get the customer service I did when the other manager I believe his name was Conner was there. I go almost every m-f and I know what my drink tastes like. I was told your order seems to be wrong lately. Well, yes my Nitro was room temperature for one(its supposed to be cold) & my coffee tastes off. I know they get busy and I myself work in customer service and I am pretty patient and respectful. I am dissapointed at the way it was said. It is not a cheap drink. And I go there almost daily. So if my coffee is not the same, Im going to call about it. This place used to have the worst customer service a few years ago, then was good when I believe Conner took over, it's back to its old ways. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Older lady working was extremely rude. I felt like a burden just for picking up an order. I go out of my way to smile and be polite to these hard working food industry workers because i know the job gets stressful... Maybe appreciate the kindness instead of being rude and making the whole experience awkward. Won't be coming back to this location. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Typically I love Starbucks and coffee in general, but this particular location is not that great compared to others, staff has attitudes, 3 different people asked me what I was there for yet nobody started on my items for over ten minutes. The atmosphere itself did not feel great. Won't be coming back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I frequent Starbucks all over the area but this one is by far the worst one when it comes to wait time. I feel like I shouldn’t even be paying for the coffee at this point. Makes no sense when other Starbucks can do it in half the time or less. This is prob the 10th time before coming to add a review but this is just annoying as hell. This Starbucks must be under new management because this place rocks. The manager is very helpful, nice and productive. She stays on top of cleanliness, keeps her workers on point and is getting drinks out in the snap of a finger. This is my new favorite Starbucks! I used to go out of my way to attend this Starbucks because of how nice the people were but now the service and quality is terrible and not worth it. Last visit my croissant was burnt and I guess was expected to still eat it, and the past couple of visits including today my drink tastes like ice and milk. There is no flavor, and no coffee taste. It would probably help if you added that you want extra shots of flavor, but then you end up paying $1 for something “extra” when really it tastes how it actually should be made and $7 for a coffee is already ridiculous so why can’t we just get our drinks made right please! The window lady seemed kinda mean but idk for sure . Could have been friendlier.. the drink was a Carmel frap and it tasted a Lil like pumpkin.. The mobile ordering is a joke. It’s faster to go through the drive thru for your order. They are the slowest coffee establishment I’ve ever been too. 30 minutes for your mobile order of 1 iced grande drink is not good. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Completely dissatisfied, i ordered a venti Iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and as soon as the barista was done with it i could quickly spot it was not what I usually get i went ahead and tried it and it sure wasn’t so i asked to get a remake and a very nice guy goes ahead and does such thing and again absolutely not what its supposed be both were coffee were trash.
