One of the most toxic work environments. I worked here during college and when I needed emergency surgery the district manager was harassing me that I needed to find coverage lol. He made more calls to hassle than he would have made to find coverage Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

My wife's order came out immediately. My order was slightly delayed. There were multiple drive up customers, which were probably confusing. When I spoke to the batista, they apologized and got my order quickly with a smile. Good store. Disappointed always came here always got a pink drink with matcha cold foam on the side and now they tell me they don’t do that I always do it with no issues this Starbucks makes it’s own rules deff not coming bak anymore managers make up new things I went to a different location same day with no issues Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been coming here for years because it’s close to my job so this review is based on many visits over many years. What I will say positive is the drive through service is ok when it doesn’t have a long line. However if you order through the app the food is never ready even close to their eta. It’s usually another 10–15 minutes. This past time I watched them putting food in the pickup area and repeatedly never saying the names so I would ask if that was me and was ignored every time I asked. I went this morning around 10 am. Three girls were working and it was packed. They are such hard workers, had great communication and team work!! My drink came out perfect! Thank you guys! Doing awesome! Service Dine in Service: 5

Filthy bathroom really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I expect that Starbucks has cleaning standards and I don't understand what happened to this location! This doesn't look like a few shifts missed because of short term staffing issues - looks like longer term grime! 🤮 Other than that - if I hadn't used the bathroom everything looked pretty normal. Though the outdoor tables also needed a clean.

Excellent service, quality drinks and the baristas always give my dog a "Puppacino," which he absolutely loves. The barista, Lauren, drew an adorable picture on my dog's cup, drawn very quick and is very adorable. I recommend coming to this Starbucks location, very satisfied.

This starbucks is always on point! My coffee is fresh and exactly the way I ordered it. Once the manager actually brewed up a pot of Blonde just for me. The staff is very helpful when you just don't know exactly what you want...they know! They are fast too!

I prefer other Starbucks, this place is still a glass box and uncomfortable seating interior ceiling not finished. Go to Starbucks Wantagh, night and day difference.
