Staff was very slow making the drinks. Waited 30 mins in the store and they didn’t even start making our drinks. The cashier made the excuse that they were making cafe, online, and delivery orders and that’s why they were so slow. I went to this Starbucks location around 4:00 p.m. the drive-thru line was pretty long and it did take a while to get everyone's stuff. It looked like there was only one person making the drinks and taking the orders, so that was definitely not enough staff for the amount of traffic coming through. I walked into this Starbucks expecting to purchase a regular earl grey. There were about 3 or 4 people in front of me. Why did it take 15 mins for the line to move? Since I couldn't wait any longer, I left the establishment without being able to purchase my tea. I don't understand what the hold up was. Gotta catch this Starbucks before they're busy.
