The orders always come out good, but it always seems to be a long wait: mornings, afternoons, weekdays, weekends - doesn't matter. The issue is that they have a long wait for drive thru orders and cater to order in advance customers making it slower for walk-ins. It's the little things sometimes, I swear. Like when I ask "light ice", I actually don't expect my cup to be loaded with ice cubes that my drink can barely find its way through. Also, I know that this is going to sound snobbish, but boy, the quality of their ice is so much better. Size does matter ;) This location, unlike others, has never failed me. It could be because they're not as busy as the spot in Norwalk on CT ave. That might have to do also with the Starbucks street pole that is actually not on the street at all and, by the time you notice it, you've already passed it, so now you're not gonna turn around because the punch'in machine at work doesn't care about your reason to be late. It just marks you mercilessly as tardy. Thing is, for those who are going to sigh and say "Ugh, white people problems" or "Rich folks entitlement" as I see sometimes as a reply to a complaint, I'll tell you this: I'm a blue collar gal :) who works sometimes 60 hours a week and then some. So yeah, if my biggest treat to myself is a (n)ice quad espresso, then so be it: I'll be snooty about it. Life is too short to use flimsy toilet paper. A mountain of ice rather than a coffee drink :p. This, despite requesting light ice and making sure they register it. Upon inquiry the staff was v rude and said that this is how it comes. I told them that’s not true but didn’t have time/energy to discuss this more :).
