The employees of this establishment make my Hot Carmel Macchiato the best, and I am picky, so I do decaf extra pumps of vanilla, three sugar packets stirred in, and two on the side. I bring my favorite cup that I purchased from Starbucks. The employees are courteous and nice. Some other locations are not as friendly as this one. Did I mention lots of caramel Drizzle and always lots of crema!!!!! African American lady with glasses and a little older in age was very rude. I had asked for extra cream in my brown sugar espresso and she answered with an attitude saying “ extra cream on WHAT? “ her face said it all. Starbucks shouldn’t have people working there if they’re going to have that type of attitude with customers. She might not need the job, maybe that’s why she’s acting like that towards people.
