Worst experience ever. Waited for mine and my husband‘s coffee for 20 minutes. We watched the staff(Hagen, Alexia) socialize, while our coffee sat on the counter. Drinks were poorly made. Our blended drinks were not mixed and very disappointing to drink. We requested a refund during the 20 minutes our coffee was sitting on the counter and was very rudely denied a refund. This is the worst store I have been to. Everytime I order an espresso and a frap in the same order, I am always waiting for one. Why not make them at the same time? And the app says 10-13 min... I get 1 in that time and the other like 30 min later. They always have a line and turn off mobile order alot recently. Nobody acknowledges you when you walk in. Poor management. This Starbucks closes lobby a lot and on app they don't allow you to order ahead a lot of the time also. Not sure if they are short staffed but it's ridiculous. The drive thru line is always long especially because of this. They need to hire more staff or fix whatever issues they have to run it properly.

Patio area is absolutely disgusting, walked up with my wife and 2 young children to enjoy after she received a gift card for Christmas and this is what you're offered sitting on the patio. Garbage everywhere,bugs on the ground and old spilled coffee on the ground, tables were thoroughly disgusting hadn't been wiped or sanitized for at least a week. Starbucks won't see another dime from me or my family, this did it for us!! You charge outrageous prices for coffee...yet you can't afford to maintain your patio area?
