My wife and I came to this Starbucks on Monday Feb 12 while shopping. Honestly, it wasn’t very busy but there were 5 workers behind counter and no one spoke up or helped us after standing there for an extended amount of time. So we including the gentleman behind us left. This location really needs to improve on its customer care. Service: 1

Today I mobile ordered an iced latte and they made me a hot one. They offered to remake it, so i waited. They started to remake the drink, then put the cup down and proceeded to make other drinks. I sat there for 5-8 minutes watching my half made drink sit on the counter. Not to mention the hot drink they made me was a completely different drink than what i ordered. In the past, they’ve filled my drinks half full, made the wrong drink and used the wrong milk (i have an allergy). I’ve yet to have a good experience at this location. Service: 1
