Me and my wife just got a hot chocolate and caramel latte, the hot chocolate tasted like I ate the darkest dark chocolate they make with hardly any whipped creme and it was suppose to have extra. I was in there one time and I heard some girl in the kitchen talking about her chlamydia. As a customer, it was very unsettling to hear. I don’t think employees should be talking like this in a professional environment in front of customers. I’ve also seen this girl on another occasion being terribly rude to her coworkers.
