While the food here was great, we were shocked by the priced after we ordered. I didn't want to cause problems for the staff there so we paid despite the sticker shock. Look, I understand it's inside a casino....but I find it unbelievable the Steak And Shake franchise, is ok with this. It really doesn't matter as we will not be returning here as long as those prices remain ridiculously high. No bad for fast food burgers. A little pricey but the burgers quality is top notch. Employee/cashier was so friendly and helpful. I will go back just because customer service was excellent. I ended up throwing my food away I was afraid to eat it. The service wasn’t bad it was the food. The burgers we’re not assembled properly and fell apart on my short walk to my car. The bread was stale and hard while the burger was bland, the fries were soggy and gross. The staff at the front was coughing and sneezing the whole time (too bad they didn’t do before I ordered my food). And to top it all off two burgers and one fry we’re a whopping $30. Horrible horrible service. When we got in line to order the staff was counting currency in cash registers. They were missing $14 and they just kept counting it like it was just going to appear out of nowhere. I believe the manager was there just appeared all of a sudden. She had a few bucks in her hand watching the staff continue recounting the money in register’s They were handling money and people’s food without washing their hands. We ordered our meals and asked for Mayo and mustard on burgers. When received our meals we had to literally wipe the Mayo and mustard off of the burgers due to having so much on them that it was dripping out the bottom of burgers. The staff was in the back on their phones texting while customers waiting to place orders and getting no service including the lady that appeared to be the manager. Horrible service. Frank the manager was super rude he came to my table start talking so rude to me an often customer that i came twice weekly. I hope they take care about this guy because all the team is so nice exceot him. If your a manager you supouse to be the face of the place not the worst person ever.

Thank goodness for this restaurant being open all night. Hard workers putting up with demanding people. Lol, Prices are higher than at a normal restaurant out of a casino but, still there's not many restaurants around late at night. The food is good and the atmosphere is great. Great location in the Biloxi Harrahs. The food came out super fast, piping hot and delicious. Had a great waitress and was able to accommodate certain allergies. I works highly recommend their garlic burger and onion rings. The shakes were delicious and they had a strong selection of flavors. I'd recommend if you need a late night grease fix.

So, I recently discovered that Steak 'n Shake is on the Mississippi Gulf Coast located in Harrah's Casino. And guess what??? It is OPEN 24 HOURS!!! So, we went there and ate. The customer service was excellent. The restaurant has an A Rating from the Health Department. It is very clean. The food was awesome and it did not take a long time for us to receive our order fully prepared (without any mistakes). There wasn't too many people in the restaurant when we went to eat there. They have booth seating as well as counter seating. It isn't hard to find once you are inside the casino. All you have to do is ask security for help locating the restaurant.
